Before I set out to publish The Iyarri Chronicles, I had all these grand ideas of what being an author was, and just about every single one of those grand ideas was dead wrong.
I struggled mightily
with the decision to self, indie, or traditionally publish. I questioned if my work was at all good enough, or even on the same planet as the authors I idolized so very, very much. And I had absolutely no effing clue what I was doing.
If you're an aspiring author, curious about the process, or just have a question you want to ask, now is the time! (And I mean up to and
including 'who was your favorite / least favorite character to write', or ''how did you get the idea for [thing]?'.)
Since every author takes a different path, I'll be pulling in my good friend (and Patron!) Rowan MacKay to give additional thoughts.
